Non-Contingency
The "Managed Intake Fee" is for the administrative labor of compiling the packet. It is due upon delivery of the file, regardless of whether the provider chooses to enroll the child.
Fair Market Value
Our fees represent the average cost of 10–15 hours of professional intake coordination and insurance navigation. The RBT/BCBA fees are standard recruitment/sourcing fees common in healthcare staffing.

What if I accept an intake but can't staff the case?
Before accepting any managed intake, you can view the child's location and scheduling needs to ensure you have RBT availability in that zip code. We recommend only accepting intakes you can staff within 2 weeks.
How do you verify RBT and BCBA credentials?
Every clinician in our marketplace undergoes BACB credential verification, background checks, and reference verification. BCBAs also receive NPI and state licensure checks.
